Hey, I’m Janae.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults. I specialize in working with trauma, mood disorders, postpartum mental health, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

If you are looking for an empathetic therapist who is ready to experience your entire healing journey by your side, I'm your person. I am a body positive, LGBTQIA+ celebrating, and kink-friendly person. I would be honored to be a part of this journey with you.

I am a trauma therapist at heart. Many of my clients come to me because they feel rejected, unsafe, overwhelmed, and triggered. Many of them feel at a loss for how to manage emotions, navigate their relationships, or escape their trauma. I have passion for helping clients overcome these concerns.

I utilized EMDR (a specialized trauma treatment) and IFS (a treatment for helping people understand the different parts of them). I love to teach people skills to help them grow and believe in hands-on learning. We will practice skills together so you can feel more confident in using them in your day-to-day life.

I work with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, postpartum mental health, self-esteem issues, grief/loss, body dysmorphia, and gender/sexuality concerns.
